The Toy Box sends a great big THANK YOU to the LAPCCA! They donated some great outdoor toys for us to enjoy this summer! These new Items have been listed and are available to check out this week! Though these are outdoor toys I ask that at the end of the day they be stored in a garage or shed to make them last longer...Thank You! |

02-Apr-2009: Prop Box items needed!
I am going to be putting together some prop boxes for the library and if you have any of this stuff lying around bring it on over!
Camping Box:
Backpacks, hats, flash lights, canteens, compasses, kids size sleeping bags
Birthday Party Box:
Leftover party hats, noisemakers, napkins, plates, wrapping paper, chadles, plastic birthday cake
Hospital Box:
Thermometer, stethescope, doctors case, child size scrubs, masks, tounge depressors, plastic test tubes, bandages, microscope
Post Office Box:
Stamps, envelopes, scale (food scale would work), mail bag, brown wrapping paper, masking tape, old greeting cards, blue jacket, mail carriers hat |

02-Mar-2009: Referral Contest
Alright Ladies we need some more members! I have mailed out brochures in the past to all providers and did not seem all that effective so I am going to hold a contest to see who can refer the most providers to The Toy Box! I will be giving you brochures on Wednesday when you pick up your toys to hand out. Be sure to put your name on the referred by line and pass them on out!! The provider with the most referrals by March 31st will receive a $25 Gift Card to the place of her choice!! If you have any questions please email at thetoybox@embarqmail.com or call 759-7293. 04-Jan-2009: Check-Out
Please make sure to have your toys checked out by Tuesday night so they are ready for pickup on Wednesday!
Also donations would be greatly appreciated! As of right now I have had only 1 provider donate toys so most of the toys in the library are my own personal toys, it would be great to get more variety! For every toy you donate you get one checkout credit! |
